Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of the My Comics Collection subscription, accessible online.

The My Comics Collection service is published and provided by Kévin Goncalves, sole trader (French “entrepreneur individuel”), registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 984 703 991 (SIRET 984 703 991 00039), 32 avenue des Peupliers, 93370 Montfermeil, France — contact: hello@mycomicscollection.com. The subscription is sold by Paddle, as described in the “Payment” section.

2. Pricing

Two plans are offered: a monthly subscription at €10.99 including tax per month, charged each month on the anniversary date, and an annual subscription at €99 including tax payable in one instalment, equivalent to €8.25 per month and saving €32.88 over twelve months. Displayed prices include all taxes. Depending on your country, the price may be shown in your local currency and the applicable tax may vary; the exact amount is shown to you before any payment.

3. Payment

The seller is Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as an authorised reseller of the My Comics Collection service. The contract of sale is concluded with Paddle, which takes payment, issues the invoice and collects the taxes applicable in your country. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy apply to the transaction. Payment is made by card or PayPal. No payment card data passes through or is stored on our servers: details are entered in a secure window operated by Paddle.

4. Trial Period

Every new registration includes a 7-day trial period with full access to all features. A payment card is registered at sign-up but is never charged during the trial. After 7 days the chosen subscription becomes payable and the first charge is taken, unless you cancel before that date. Cancelling before the end of the trial incurs no charge.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time and without giving a reason, from the “Subscription” section of your settings, using the “Cancel your contract” button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for: you keep full access until that date, and no further payment is taken. A confirmation stating the end date is sent to you by email. No pro-rata refund is due for the current period, which is supplied in full.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. To do so, use the “Withdraw from the contract here” function, permanently available in the “Subscription” section of your settings, or send us an unambiguous statement at hello@mycomicscollection.com. An acknowledgement is sent to you on a durable medium.

If you have expressly requested that performance of the service begin before the end of that period, you keep your right of withdrawal for as long as the service has not been fully performed; you must then pay us an amount proportionate to the service already supplied up to the moment you inform us of your decision. That right is extinguished once the contract has been fully performed.

7. Liability

My Comics Collection strives to provide the service with the highest possible availability, without guarantee of 100% uptime. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

8. Mediation

In case of an unresolved dispute, consumers may resort free of charge to an authorized consumer mediator. Contact details available on request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
